Corpus Christi Catholic Secondary School (also called "Corpus Christi" or simply "CC") is an educational Catholic high school in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. It is the third most expensive high school built in Canadian history, following Sir Thomas of Alton in Rendour, Saskatchewan and Georgetown Secondary in Georgetown, Ontario. Corpus Christi was the first Halton school to participate in the "Save the Green" program, have a very successful year.
The school name, in Latin, Corpus Christi, celebrates the Feast of the Body of Christ or the Eucharist. It remembers and honors the institution of Sacrament of Holy Communion at the Last Supper, and is celebrated on the Sunday following Trinity Sunday.

The Athletic Banquet is one of the main athletic events of the school year and is usually held in the first or second week of June. It is the night where Corpus Christi Athletes are honored and acknowledged for their athletic achievements, outstanding performances, and qualities. Numerous awards are presented to a wide range of individuals from all grade levels including: Most Valuable Player, Most Improved Player, Sportsmanship, Athlete of the Year, etc.
The event is the best way to conclude the season and brings all student athletes and coaches to celebrate and reflect on the year, and recognize the sacrifices that everyone has made along the way.
Corpus Christi Christmas Concert (also known as C4) is an event where students were allowed to show their talents on stage. The event is held on the last day of school before Christmas break.
On Halloween, Corpus Christi students are invited to participate in a costume contest.
